About Hindu Kanya Mahavidyalaya, Sitapur

Hindu Kanya Mahavidyalaya, Sitapur is only Government Aided Girls Post Graduate College in Sitapur. The college is affiliated to Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur. the college was established in the heart of the city in 1961.

College conducts Graduation(B.A.), Post Graduation(M.A.) and B.Ed. courses and the students are taught by highly qualified teachers selected by Higher Education Service Commission, Prayagraj, U.P.

Girls from rural area as well as urban area are studying here at the college. As the college is situated in the middle of the city, so it is easily reachable by many means of conveyance.

College takes complete care of best education of girls. College facilitates library for better education of girls and experts in various subjects are also invited in the college from different insitutions time to time to give students better scope of getting knowledge. Many cultural events are also organized in the college to develop and show the multi talent of the students.

Teachers of the college are always trying their best to enhance and develop the confidence in the girls studying in the college, along with giving them the best learning experience so that they can live their furtuer life with self pride and respectfully and to make the society a better place.
